At the moment, the bike park is little more than a run down bmx track, but we have big plans for it over the next 2 years. We plan to rebuild this site into a great new rider designed, rider built bike park, suitable for everyone – whatever their age, ability or bike.
I know, you’ve heard it all before, loads of people have tried to get this going and failed, right – WRONG! We’re opening this land up for use by everyone – not just BMX riders and it seems to have done the trick as it’s never had so much public support before.

We’ve recently put submitted a proposal to the Councils Ferrers Road working party and we’ve made some great new contacts who we hope to work with in the coming years.
We’ve also submitted a request that asks the Council to grant approval to implement phase 1 of plan in isolation while the rest of the Ferrers Road solution is drawn up and agreed. If granted, we hope to be able to begin work in the next couple of months.
So watch this space to find out more.
